摘要 李赛美认为,不明原因发热,常有时间节律性且病情变化快。临证时,病变部位多在三阳经,发热特点表现为病在太阳恶寒重,入于阳明发热重,居于半表半里则发热休作有时。临床运用仲景经方寒温并用、攻补兼施,往往有非常好的疗效。 Professor Li Saimei maintains that the fever of unknown origin is often time-rhythmic and changes rapidly in the disease conditions.Its clinical evidences show that the lesions are mostly in the three yang meridians,and the disease is characterized by the severe aversion to cold as the disease is in Taiyang,severe fever as it enters Yangming,and regular shift of ceasing and attacking as it is located in the middle of the superficies and interior.The clinical application of Zhang Zhongjing’s classical prescriptions is very effective in both dispelling cold and warming,attacking and supplementing.
