益肾通络法联合西医常规疗法治疗糖尿病肾病

Observation on the clinical effect of invigorating the kidney and removing the obstructions in collaterals combined with the conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic kidney disease

目的观察益肾通络法联合西医常规疗法治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法将193例糖尿病肾病患者根据治疗方法分为观察组123例和对照组70例,2组均给予西医常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合益肾通络法治疗,连续治疗12周后观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、尿蛋白定量、肾功能指标、糖化血红蛋白、血脂变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(86.99%,107/123)优于对照组(68.57%,48/70)(P<0.05);观察组尿浊、腰酸乏力、眼睑浮肿、肢体麻木及中医证候总积分均低于对照组(P<0.01),UTP水平低于对照组(P<0.05),肾功能指标BUN、Cys-C水平低于对照组(P<0.01),HbA1c%低于对照组(P<0.01),血脂指标TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益肾通络法可改善糖尿病肾病肾虚络脉瘀阻型患者的临床症状、降低UTP、HbA1c%、TC、TG、LDL-C水平,保护患者肾功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of invigorating the kidney and removing the obstructions in collaterals combined with the conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic kidney disease.Methods According to the different treatment methods,193 patients with diabetic kidney disease were divided into an observation group(123 cases)and a control group(70 cases).Both groups were treated with the conventional western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with the method of invigorating the kidney and removing the obstructions in collaterals on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,urine protein quantification,renal function index,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c%)and blood lipid of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(86.99%,107/123)was better than that of the control group(68.57%,48/70)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the urine turbidity,soreness of loins and fatigue,eyelid edema,limb numbness and the total TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The level of UTP was significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of the renal function indexes BUN and Cys-C were significantly lower(P<0.01).HbA1c%was significantly lower(P<0.01).And the levels of the blood lipid indexes TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of invigorating the kidney and removing the obstructions in collaterals can improve the clinical symptoms of the diabetic kidney disease patients with the syndrome of deficient kidney and stagnant collaterals,reduce the levels of UTP,HbA1c%,TC,TG and LDL-C,and protect their renal function.
