瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗心血瘀阻证真心痛合并血脂异常

Observation on the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of the true heart pain complicated with dyslipidemia patients with the syndrome of blockade due to heart blood stasis

目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗心血瘀阻证真心痛合并血脂异常患者的疗效及安全性。方法将126例心血瘀阻证真心痛合并血脂异常患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组予硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林肠溶片等西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予瓜蒌薤白半夏汤进行治疗。观察并记录2组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂水平、炎症因子水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率(90.48%,57/63)高于对照组(76.19%,48/63)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平上升,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后不良反应发生情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗心血瘀阻证真心痛合并血脂异常患者,能够行气解郁,通阳散结,宽胸开痹,可改善患者临床症状,调节血脂水平并减轻炎症反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of the true heart pain complicated with dyslipidemia patients with the syndrome of blockade due to heart blood stasis.Methods A total of 126 of the true heart pain complicated with dyslipidemia patients with the syndrome of blockade due to heart blood stasis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the western medicines such as isosorbide dinitrate tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,blood lipid levels,inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.48%,57/63)was higher than that of the control group(76.19%,48/63)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the HDL-C level increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can activate the qi-flowing for relieving qi stagnation,enliven yang for dissipating bind,relieve the chest painful impediment,improve the clinical symptoms,regulate blood lipid levels and reduce inflammatory reactions in the treatment of the true heart pain complicated with dyslipidemia patients with the syndrome of blockade due to heart blood stasis.
