芩蓟凉血合剂治疗急性出血性内痔

Clinical observation on the treatment of acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids with Qinji Liangxue Mixture

目的评估芩蓟凉血合剂治疗急性出血性内痔的临床疗效。方法按照平行随机、双盲双模拟、对照临床试验设计将90例急性出血性内痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组予芩蓟凉血合剂口服,对照组予安络血口服,疗程7 d。比较2组治疗前后症状积分变化及便血症状、痔核黏膜状态、痔核体积、排便情况变化。结果观察组临床疗效(91.1%,41/45)优于对照组(77.8%,35/45)(P<0.05);观察组便血症状、痔核黏膜状态改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便情况改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用芩蓟凉血合剂治疗急性出血性内痔疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinji Liangxue Mixture in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids.Methods According to a parallel randomized,double-blind&double-simulated,and controlled clinical trial design,90 patients with acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given Qinji Liangxue Mixture orally,and the control group was given adrenobazonum orally,both for 7 days.The changes in the symptom score,blood in the stool,hemorrhoid mucosal state,hemorrhoid volume,and defecation in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(91.1%,41/45)was better than that of the control group(77.8%,35/45)(P<0.05).The improvement of hematochezia and hemorrhoid mucosa in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of defecation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Qinji Liangxue Mixture is effective in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids.
