黄芪桂枝汤联合维生素D对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能水平与血清炎症因子的影响探究

Exploration of the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Decoction combined with vitamin D on the level of the immune function and serum inflammatory factors in RRI children

目的探究黄芪桂枝汤联合维生素D对反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿的免疫功能水平及血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取反复呼吸道感染患儿105例作为研究对象。将患儿随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组35例,A组患儿采用维生素D治疗,B组患儿采用黄芪桂枝汤治疗,C组患儿采用黄芪桂枝汤联合维生素D治疗。对比3组治疗前后的免疫功能和血清炎症因子水平以及治疗效果。结果C组显效率与总有效率均显著高于其他2组(P<0.05),C组免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))以及血清炎症指标(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6)较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且显著优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝汤联合维生素D对反复呼吸道感染疗效显著,可有效改善患儿免疫功能,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Decoction combined with vitamin D on the level of the immune function and serum inflammatory factors in children with recurrent respiratory infections(RRI).Methods A total of 105 children with recurrent respiratory infections were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into groups A,B and C,with 35 cases in each group.The children in group A were treated with vitamin D,and those in group B with Huangqi Guizhi Decoction,while those in group C with Huangqi Guizhi Decoction combined with vitamin D.The level of the immune function and serum inflammatory factors,and the treatment effect of the 3 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The marked effective rate and total effective rate of group C were both significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).The immune indexes(IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and serum inflammatory indexes(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6)in group C were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly better than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Decoction combined with vitamin D is effective in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections,which can effectively improve the immune function and reduce the inflammatory reactions.
