中医康复治疗联合针灸在中风患者康复中的效果

Effect of the TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation of stroke patients

目的分析中医康复治疗联合穴位针灸对中风恢复期患者临床康复的效果。方法选取本院收治的172例中风患者为研究对象,按照随机抽取方式分为对照组85例和观察组87例。对照组按照中医饮食、生活和情志三方面进行治疗;观察组在对照组的治疗基础之上对患者的手阳明大肠经穴和足阳明胃经穴位进行针灸治疗。根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表NIHSS、改良的Rankin量表评分MRS、长谷川痴呆量表评分HDS、日常生活能力量表ADL、抑郁自评量表评分SDS、焦虑自评量表评分SAS以及压疮发生率、住院时间和患者对医护人员的满意度对临床康复效果进行评估。结果治疗后,2组的NIHSS、MRS、SDS和SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),而HDS和ADL评分均有所增加(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间相比于对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论我院开展的中医康复治疗联合穴位针灸对中风恢复期患者的神经功能、行为能力和心理有较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with acupoint acupuncture on the clinical rehabilitation of stroke patients in the convalescent stage.Methods A total of 172 stroke patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(85 cases)and an observation group(87 cases).The control group was treated according to the three aspects of traditional Chinese medicine diet,life and emotions,while the observation group was performed acupuncture on the points of the hand Yangming large intestine meridian and the foot Yangming stomach meridian on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical rehabilitation effect was evaluated according to the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale(MRS),Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the incidence of pressure ulcer,length of hospital stay and patients’satisfaction with medical staff.Results After treatment,the NIHSS,MRS,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),while the HDS and ADL scores were increased(P<0.05),and the difference between the observation group and the control group was more significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture in our hospital has a good effect on the neurological function,behavioral ability and psychology of stroke patients in the convalescent stage,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
