长链非编码RNA HOXA11-AS在乙肝继发小肝癌中的表达意义

Significance of Expression of Long Non-coding RNA HOXA11-AS in Hepatitis B Secondary Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)同源异形盒基因A11反义RNA(HOXA11-AS)在乙肝继发小肝癌中的表达意义。方法选择乙肝肝硬化患者268例,其中200例为单纯乙肝肝硬化患者(肝硬化组),68例为乙肝继发小肝癌患者(小肝癌组),检测2组血细胞中lncRNA HOXA11-AS表达水平,并对其与患者的临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果2组的性别、年龄、体重指数、AFP、ALT、AST值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。小肝癌组的lncRNA HOXA11-AS相对表达水平高于肝硬化组(P<0.05)。在小肝癌组中,lncRNA HOXA11-AS相对表达水平与肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、远端转移、肿瘤包膜、组织学分化存在相关性(P<0.05)。单因素和Cox多因素分析显示临床分期、远端转移、组织学分化、肿瘤包膜为影响lncRNA HOXA11-AS相对表达水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA HOXA11-AS在乙肝继发小肝癌患者中呈现高表达情况。临床分期、远端转移、组织学分化、肿瘤包膜与lncRNA HOXA11-AS表达存在相关性,也是影响lncRNA HOXA11-AS的主要因素。

Objective To investigate the expression significance of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)homeobox gene A11 antisense RNA(HOXA11-AS)in hepatitis B secondary small liver cancer.Methods 268 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected and divided into 2 groups,200 patients were with simple hepatitis B cirrhosis(cirrhosis group)and 68 patients were with small liver cancer secondary to hepatitis B(small liver cancer group),detected the expression level of lncRNA HOXA11-AS in the blood cells of the 2 groups,investigated the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients and given correlation analysis.Results There were no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,AFP,ALT and AST values between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The relative expression level of lncRNA HOXA11-AS in small liver cancer group were higher than that in liver cirrhosis group(P<0.05).In the small liver cancer group,the relative expression level of lncRNA HOXA11-AS were correlated with the largest tumor diameter,clinical stage,distant metastasis,tumor envelope,and histological differentiation(P<0.05).Univariate and Cox multivariate analysis showed that clinical staging,distant metastasis,histological differentiation,and tumor envelope were the main factors affecting the relative expression level of lncRNA HOXA11-AS(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA HOXA11-AS is highly expressed in patients with hepatitis B secondary small hepatocellular carcinoma.Clinical stage,distant metastasis,histological differentiation,tumor envelope and lncRNA HOXA11-AS expression are correlated,which also affect lncRNA HOXA11-AS major factor.
