胶质瘤患者血清中TNF-α与MG-Ags的水平变化及其临床意义

Changes of Serum TNF-αand MG-Ags Levels in Patients with Glioma and Their Clinical Significance

目的探讨胶质瘤患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)与MG-Ags的水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择本院诊治的胶质瘤患者64例作为胶质瘤组,同期选择健康查体人员64例作为对照组。检测所有入选者的血清TNF-α与MG-Ags含量,调查胶质瘤患者的病理特征并进行相关性分析。结果胶质瘤组的血清TNF-α与MG-Ags含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。在64例胶质瘤患者中,不同肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移患者的血清TNF-α与MG-Ags含量对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示:血清TNF-α、MG-Ags含量与肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移都存在相关性(P<0.05),血清TNF-α含量与MG-Ags含量也存在相关性(γ=0.768,P=0.000)。结论TNF-α与MG-Ags在胶质瘤患者血清中呈现高表达状况,与患者的病理特征存在相关性,两者也可直接发挥协同作用,共同促进了胶质瘤的发生与发展过程。

Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and MG-Ags in patients with glioma and their clinical significance.Methods 64 glioma patients diagnosed and treated were selected as the glioma group,and 64 cases of healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period.Detected the serum TNF-αand MG-Ags levels of all the cases,and were to investigate the pathological characteristics of patients with glioma and given correlation analysis.Results The levels of serum TNF-αand MG-Ags in the glioma group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the 64 patients with glioma,there were statistically significant differences in serum TNF-αand MG-Ags levels in patients compared with different tumor diameters,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum TNF-αand MG-Ags levels were correlated with tumor maximum diameter,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and serum TNF-αlevels were also correlated with MG-Ags levels(γ=0.768,P=0.000).Conclusion TNF-αand MG-Ags are highly expressed in the serum of patients with glioma,and are related to the pathological characteristics of the patients.They can also directly play synergistic effect and jointly promote the occurrence and development of glioma.
