归脾汤联合头孢唑林钠治疗感染性心内膜炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Guipi Tang Combined with Cefazolin Sodium for Infective Endocarditis

目的:观察归脾汤联合头孢唑林钠治疗感染性心内膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取感染性心内膜炎患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予头孢唑林钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用归脾汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,检测治疗前后血气指标及中医证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组二氧化碳分压低于治疗前,观察组二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05);2组动脉血氧分压高于治疗前,观察组动脉血氧分压高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分低于治疗前,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤联合头孢唑林钠治疗感染性心内膜炎疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善血气指标。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Guipi tang combined with cefazolin sodium for infective endocarditis. Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with infective endocarditis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefazolin sodium,and the observation group was additionally treated with Guipi tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared;blood gas indexes and Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were detected. Results:The total effective rate was 97.62% in the observation group,higher than that of 85.71% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of carbon dioxide partial pressure and arterial oxygen partial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,carbon dioxide partial pressures in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the one in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);arterial oxygen partial pressures in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the one in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Guipi tang combined with cefazolin sodium has definite curative effect in treating infective endocarditis,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of patients and improve the blood gas indexes.
