益肾填髓汤联合普瑞巴林对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yishen Tiansui Tang Combined with Pregabalin on Immune Function of Neuropathic Pain After Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察益肾填髓汤联合普瑞巴林对脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛免疫功能的影响。方法:选取136例脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组各68例。对照组给予普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用益肾填髓汤治疗,2组均治疗20 d。比较2组临床疗效以及免疫功能恢复情况。结果:治疗后,研究组临床疗效总有效率为92.65%,对照组为80.88%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,2组血清免疫球蛋白(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白(Ig G)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)水平较治疗前下降;研究组血清Ig A、Ig G、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾填髓汤联合普瑞巴林治疗SCI后神经病理性疼痛疗效确切,有助于恢复患者免疫功能,促进病情预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Tiansui tang combined with pregabalin on immune function of neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 136 cases of patients with neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pregabalin,and the study group was additionally treated with Yishen Tiansui tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 days.The clinical effect and the recovery of immune function in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was92.65%in the study group and 80.88%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin G(Ig G),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in serum in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Tiansui tang combined with pregabalin has definite curative effect in treating neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury,which can restore the immune function of patients and effectively promote the prognosis.
