摘要
吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见且严重的并发症之一,严重影响患者生活质量甚至危及生命,积极高效的康复护理直接影响患者的康复及预后。目前,基于中医的特色及优势,中医康复护理在吞咽障碍护理中应用广泛,疗效显著,故从穴位按摩、穴位贴敷、耳穴疗法、艾灸、中药冷热刺激、中医综合护理等几方面进行总结。
Dysphagia is one of the common and serious complications after stroke,which may deeply affect the quality of life of patients and even endanger their lives. Active and efficient rehabilitation nursing directly affects the recovery and prognosis of patients. At present, based on the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing is widely used in the nursing of dysphagia,and the curative effect is remarkable. This paper summarized the nursing from the aspects of point massage, point application, auricular point therapy, moxibustion, cold-hot stimulation with Chinese medicine,and comprehensive nursing of Chinese medicine.
