基于WOS的国际营养护理研究热点可视化分析

Visualization analysis of international nutrition nursing research hotspots based on Web of Science

目的:系统分析近5年国际营养护理研究热点态势,为国内营养护理研究提供思路。方法:检索2014年—2019年Web of Science核心合集数据库中与营养护理相关的文献,并运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace对该领域内的研究机构、核心期刊、被引文献、高频词等进行分析,构建可视化图谱。结果:国际营养护理研究起步较晚,研究机构主要集中在美国为主的高校内;核心期刊主要有《AMERICAN JOURNAL OF CLINICAL NUTRITION》《PLOS ONE》《JOURNAL OF ADVANCED NURSING》等期刊物;关键词共现聚类分析共得出营养缺失病人危险因素、肥胖的管理、健康管理与照护干预、不同人群营养护理、营养失调所致急慢性疾病照护、营养相关健康教育与知识6个国际研究热点。结论:本研究反映了国际营养护理的热点与趋势,对国内该领域的研究具有一定的启示作用,应循着本研究得出的热点深入探寻国内营养护理事业,缩小与美国营养护理研究的差距。

Objective:To systematically analyze the hot-spots of international nutrition nursing research in recent five years,and to provide ideas for nutrition nursing research in China.Methods:Data were downloaded from Web of Science in 2014—2019.CiteSpace was used to explore international nutrition nursing research from research institutions,core journals,cited literature and high frequency words,to construct a visual map.Results:The international nutrition nursing research started late,and the research institutions were mainly concentrated in American universities;the core journals included《AMERICAN JOURNAL OF CLINICAL NUTRITION》《PLOS ONE》《J OF ADVANCED NURSING》;Key words Co-occurrence cluster analysis had drawn six international research hotspots:risk factors of nutritional deficiency patients,obesity management,health management and care intervention,nutritional care for different populations,care for acute and chronic diseases caused by malnutrition,nutrition-related health education and knowledge.Conclusion:This study reflected the hotspots and trends of international nutrition nursing,and had a certain enlightenment to the research of this field in China.It pointed out that we should follow the hotspots of this study to explore the nutrition nursing study in China and narrow the gap with the American nutrition nursing research.
