摘要
目的:了解高职护生人文关怀能力、职业成熟度的现状及其相关性。方法:采用人文关怀能力量表和职业成熟度量表对206名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果:高职护生的人文关怀能力总分为(181.32±20.37)分;职业成熟度量表总分为(111.88±13.01)分。职业成熟度与人文关怀能力呈正相关(r=0.583,P<0.01)。结论:高职护生职业成熟度和人文关怀能力处于中低水平,护理教育者应重视两者重要性和相关性,采取针对性的措施提升护理教育质量。
Objective:To understand the status quo of humanistic care ability and Career maturity in high vocational nursing students,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 206 nursing students were investigated with Caring Ability Inventory and Career Maturity Inventory Scales.Results:The score of Caring Ability Inventory was(181.32±20.37)and the score of Career Maturity Inventory Scales was(111.88±13.01).The total score of Career Maturity Inventory in high vocational nursing students was positively correlated with the total score of Humanistic Care Ability(r=0.583,P<0.01).Conclusions:The level of humanistic care ability and career maturity in high vocational nursing students is at low and middle level,so nursing educators should pay attention to the importance and relevance of the them,and take targeted measures to improve the quality of nursing education.
