摘要
加强经管类专业实验室建设有利于创新性人才的培养。本文针对经管类实验室建设存在的问题,以某教学科研型高校实验中心为例,分析了该实验中心为提高创新性人才培养对实验中心平台进行的改进。根据不同高校经管类实验室人才培养的目标,在实验室绩效评价、仿真实验室建设、加强校企合作等方面给出加强经管类实验室建设的政策建议。
Strengthening the laboratory construction of economics and management specialty is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of economics and management laboratory and taking an experimental center of a teaching and research university as an example,this paper analyzes the improvement of the experimental center platform to improve the training of innovative talents.According to the objectives of personnel training in economic and management laboratories in different universities,the paper gives some policy suggestions on strengthening the construction of economic and management laboratories in aspects of performance evaluation,simulation laboratory construction and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.
