摘要
稻飞虱是水稻主要害虫,能够传播多种水稻病毒,严重威胁亚洲水稻生产.稻飞虱主要包括灰飞虱、褐飞虱和白背飞虱.灰飞虱传播水稻黑条矮缩病毒和水稻条纹病毒,褐飞虱传播水稻齿叶矮缩病毒和水稻草矮病毒,白背飞虱传播南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒.本文介绍了3种稻飞虱的基本特性及5种水稻病毒的基因功能和致病特征,详细阐述了稻飞虱与水稻病毒的互作机制,总结了病毒在稻飞虱体内的传播路线及传播障碍,为综合防控稻飞虱传播的水稻病毒病提供参考.
A major rice pest,rice planthopper transmits various rice viruses and seriously threaten rice production in Asia.Rice planthoppers include small brown planthopper(Laodelphax striatellus),brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens)and white-backed planthopper(Sogatella furcifera).Small brown planthopper transmits Rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBSDV)and Rice stripe virus(RSV),brown planthopper transmits Rice ragged stunt virus(RRSV)and Rice grassy stunt virus(RGSV),and white-backed planthopper transmits Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV).This article reviews the basic characteristics of the 3 types of rice planthoppers,and summarizes and compares the gene function and pathogenic characteristics of the 5 rice viruses.The interactions between planthoppers and rice viruses were elaborated in detail,together with the transmission routes and transmission obstacles of the virus in rice planthoppers,aiming at providing a reference for comprehensive prevention and control of rice virus diseases transmitted by rice planthoppers.
