高校涉税类课程思政教学改革研究

Research on Ideological and Political Teaching Reform of Tax-related Courses in Colleges and Universities

思想政治教育课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,然而目前高校的涉税类课程大多仅对专业知识进行教学。以习近平总书记系列讲话为指导,从人才培养目标、教学内容、方法、师资等方面对涉税类课程的思想政治教育教学改革进行研究,并以个人所得税为例,深入挖掘课程中的思想政治教育元素,构建“线上+线下”的全过程智慧课堂,对涉税类课程的思想政治教育教学改革实践进行探索,将思想政治教育渗透进课程当中,把好思想关、知识关和能力关,从多个维度培养学生的综合能力,为社会培养德才兼备、全面发展的涉税类人才。

Ideological and political courses are the key courses to carry out the fundamental task of Enhance Morality,Foster Talents.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches,this paper studies the ideological and political teaching reform of tax-related courses from the aspects of talent training objectives,teaching contents,methods,teachers and so on.It will combine ideological and political education with professional education,cultivate students'comprehensive ability from the perspectives of ideology,knowledge and ability,and cultivate tax-related talents with both integrity and ability for the society.
