摘要 南京中医药大学积极探索中药学专业硕士研究生培养模式,从双师流动、平台融合和制度健全等方面加强校企深度合作,在研发和生产方面协同创新,实现了校企双赢。构建的“校企深度合作,协同创新双赢”培养模式,可为高校专业学位研究生培养提供良好的借鉴。但由于“产学研”合作的基础不扎实,培养研究生缺乏顶层设计,尚未建立联合资源共享平台,无法有效整合双方办学资源和科研条件,校企合作较为松散,因此必须找准切入点,进一步改革和完善。 The teachers in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine have actively explored the training mode of professional master degree students of Chinese medicine,we strengthened the deep cooperation between the university and enterprises from the aspects such as dual teacher flowing,platform integration and system improvement,and conducted collaborative innovation in research,development and production.Through the measures,we achieved a win-win situation between the university and enterprises.This training mode which is“Win-win Collaborative innovation through deep cooperation between university and enterprises”can provide a good reference for the cultivation of professional degree graduate students in Colleges and universities.The foundation of“industry-university-research”cooperation should be solid,lack of top-level design in terms of training graduate students,has not established a joint resource sharing platform,and cannot effectively integrate educational resources and scientific research conditions.School-enterprise cooperation is relatively loose,coupled with the above common problems,so we must find the right entry point,further reform and improvement.
