摘要
针对某型号运输机装载方舱车,计算了装机过程的触顶失效性。首先,根据顺序驶入货舱的前、中、后轮分解其装机过程,并分析了主要过程的运动形式;然后,建立了触顶失效和顶起失效的数学模型,对车头和方舱顶部外轮廓与货舱吊梁下界是否碰撞进行理论计算,并给出2种判断顶起失效的方法;最后,通过Creo三维软件建模,运动学仿真结果验证了理论计算的正确性并提出避免触顶失效的建议。
Aimed at the shelter vehicle loading in a certain type of transporter,the top touching failure during its loading process is calculated.Firstly,its loading process is decomposed according to its front,middle and rear wheels driving into the cargo hold in sequence,and the motion form of the main process is analyzed.Then,the mathematical models of the top touching failure and the jacking failure are established,and whether the outer contour of the front and the top of the shelter will collide with the lower boundary of the lifting beam of the cargo hold is theoretically calculated.Two methods of judging the jacking failure are given.Finally,by modeling with the three-dimensional software Creo,the kinematics simulation result verifies the correction of the theoretically calculation,and some suggestions are proposed to avoid the top touching failure.
