摘要 社区教育师资队伍的建设和专业化发展是社区教育健康、可持续发展的前提和保障。为了解社区教育师资队伍建设的现状,结合《上海市社区教育教师专业能力指南》,并借用学习型城市"帕提侬神庙"评价体系模型,构建了社区教育师资队伍建设的指标体系,编制了"上海市社区教育师资队伍建设现状调查问卷",并对上海市静安区三级办学网络进行了调研。调研结果表明:当前社区教育师资队伍建设主要面临师资供给不足、师资服务能力不均衡、机构支持不充分等困境,亟待通过构建社区教育师资共同体、强化社区教育教师自我成长意识、加强社区教育师资培训和完善社区教育师资评价体系等措施,促进社区教育高质量发展。 The construction and professional development of community education teaching staff are the premise and guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of community education.In order to understand the current teaching staff construction situation of community education,this paper combines the Guide to Community Education Teachers'Professional Capacity in Shanghai and adopts the evaluation system model of`Parthenon Temple'in learning city to construct an indicator system for the construction of community education teaching staff.In addition,this paper also compiles the`Questionnaire on the status quo of the construction of the community education teaching staff in Shanghai'and investigates the three-level school running network in Jing'an District,Shanghai.The survey results show that the current construction of community education teaching staff is mainly faced with the difficulties of insufficient supply of teachers,unbalanced teachers'service capacity,and insufficient institutional support.This paper suggests that the following measures can be used to promote the high-quality development of community education:building a community education teachers'community,strengthening the self-growth consciousness of community education teachers,strengthening the teaching staff training of community education,and improving the evaluation system of community education teachers.
