新生代农民工转化学习:心理困境与解决对策

摘要 新生代农民工转化学习的价值日益凸显,但其转化学习中的心理问题却不容忽视。通过分析4位新生代农民工的成长故事,发现他们在转化学习过程中存在着生活挫败感、职业自卑感、人生迷茫感和相对剥夺感的心理困境。为切实破除这些心理困境,提出正视触发性事件,强化"减负抗挫"能力;自觉接受城市文化教育,树立正确的职业观念;精准匹配学习内容,发掘个人创业潜能;高度重视子女教育,加强批判性反思;构建学习共同体,提升学习、交往能力等策略。 The value of transformative learning of the new generation of rural migrant workers has become increasingly prominent,but the psychological problems in their transformative learning cannot be ignored.By analyzing the growing stories of four new generation of rural migrant workers.It is found that they have the psychological dilemma of life frustration,professional inferiority,life confusion,and relative deprivation in the process of transformative learning.In order to effectively overcome these psychological dilemmas,the following strategies are proposed:Face the triggering events and strengthen the ability of"burden reduction and anti-frustration";accept urban cultural education and establish correct career concepts;accurately match the learning content to explore the individual entrepreneurship potential;attaching great importance to children's education and strengthening critical reflection;build a learning community,and enhance learning and communication skills.
