摘要
面向地方产业和行业需求,以高素质"双师型"教师队伍为保障,以高质量教学资源和实践平台为依托,以高层次就业为导向,以服务区域经济社会发展为宗旨,构建了专业人才培养模型。依托毕业生跟踪调查数据反馈,获悉某一专业在省内同类专业中的排名和差距,找准人才培养过程的薄弱环节,并分析原因与总结经验,制定相应对策和可行措施,实现人才培养质量保证闭环修正。以T职院计算机应用技术专业为例进行实证分析,研究表明,高职专业人才培养质量保证闭环模型有规划、可执行、有分析、可反馈,可以有效促进人才培养质量的提高。
In order to meet the needs of local industries and trades,a model of talent cultivating is constructed,which is guaranteed by a team of high-quality double-qualified teachers,supported by high-quality teaching resources and practice platforms,guided by high-level employment,and aimed at serving regional economic and social development.Based on the data from the graduates tracking survey,the ranking and gap of similar majors in a province can be acquired,so as to help identify the weak links in the talent cultivating process,formulate corresponding countermeasures and feasible measures,and realize the closed-loop modification of talent cultivating quality assurance.This paper takes the computer application technology major of T Vocational College as an example to conduct an empirical study,and finds that the closed-loop quality assurance model for higher vocational talent cultivating has the following characteristics:planning,execution,analysis and feedback.Therefore,it can effectively promote the improvement of talent cultivating quality.
