中职学生幸福教育整合范式与积极建构策略 被引量:1

摘要 职业学校实施幸福教育,有助于学生获得积极体验,提升幸福感,积极引领学生的身心和谐发展。新时代职业教育的根本目的,是让学生有更多的安全感、获得感和幸福感,中职学生的可持续发展更需要幸福教育的助力导航。建构中职学生幸福教育的整合范式,能够充分发挥幸福教育的整体育人力量,对全面深化职业教育教学改革与创新产生重要作用,有利于促进新时代职业教育的高质量发展。建构中职学生幸福教育的整合范式,要以积极心理学理论为指导,树立幸福教育的积极理念,回归幸福教育的校本实践,促进宏观、中观和微观层面幸福教育的有效整合,为实现让每一位中职学生幸福成长、人人成才的中国职教梦作贡献。 The implementation of happy education in vocational colleges helps students obtain positive experiences,enhance their sense of happiness and actively lead the harmonious development of students'bodies and minds.Fundamentally,the purpose of vocational education in the new era is to make students have more sense of security,gain and happiness.The sustainable development of secondary vocational students needs the help of happy education.Constructing an integrated paradigm of happy education for secondary vocational students can give full play to the overall education.It plays an important role in comprehensively deepening the teaching reform and innovation of vocational education,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.To realize this assumption,it is necessary to use positive psychology theories as the guidance,establish a positive concept of happy education,review the school-based practice of happy education,promote the effective integration of happy education at the macro,meso and micro levels,and contribute to the realization of making every student grow up happily and become talented.
