“办好继续教育”观念之破与立 被引量:1

摘要 科学观念是"办好继续教育"的前提和基础,科学观念决定继续教育的发展方向、激励利益主体的行动积极性、调适成人院校的办学宗旨和教育行为。当前,私益性观念、恶性竞争观念、"普教化"观念和国际趋同观念等错误观念严重制约着我国继续教育的发展,应大力破除。新时期,要兼顾多方参与主体利益,树立"办好继续教育"的科学观念,必须在经济投入上,坚持"准公益性"观念,构建继续教育多元经费筹措机制;在办学主体上,坚持"协同"观念,构建继续教育责任共同体;在教育模式上,坚持"继续化"观念,构建成人学员关爱机制;在发展环境上,坚持"本土化"观念,构建中国特色继续教育发展模式,助推我国继续教育事业可持续发展。 The scientific concept is the premise and foundation of"providing quality continuing education"The scientific concept has impacts on the development direction of continuing education,stimulates the action enthusiasm of interest subjects,and adjusts the school running purpose and educational behavior of adult colleges and universities.At present,misconceptions such as the concept of self-interest,the concept of vicious competition,the concept of"universal education,"and the concept of international convergence have restricted the development of continuing education in China.In the new era,in order to give consideration to the interests of multiple participants and establish the scientific concept of"providing quality continuing education",we need to adhere to the concept of"quasi-public welfare"in economic investment and build a diversified financing mechanism for continuing education.As for running schools,we should adhere to the concept of"coordination"and build a community of continuing education responsibility.In the education model,we need to adhere to the concept of"continuation"and build a caring mechanism for adult students.Regarding the development environment,we should adhere to the concept of"localization,"build a development model with Chinese characteristics,and promote the sustainable development of the continuing education in China.
