本文概述了电力行业物资供应链管理的概念、内涵和关键环节,根据国内外发展现状和标准体系构建基本原理,从基础通用、需求计划与采购子系统、智能仓储与配送、电工装备智慧物联、供应商与合同管理、质量控制与到货验收、逆向物流与应急物资和供应链金融八大方面提出了电力行业物资供应链标准体系,为电力行业物资供应链全生命周期的健康发展提供了建议和方向。

This paper summarizes the concept,connotation and key points of material supply chain management in the power industry.According to the development status at home and abroad and the basic principles of establishing a standards system,it sets up the standards system of material supply chain management in the power industry which includes general requirements,demand planning and procurement subsystem,intelligent warehousing,and distribution,intelligent IOT of electrical equipment,supplier and contract management,quality control and arrival acceptance,reverse logistics and emergency materials and supply chain finance.This paper provides suggestions and direction for the healthy development of the whole life cycle of material supply chain in the power industry.
