本文聚焦新《标准化法》施行以来上海地区市场自主制定标准的发展,结合企业标准和团体标准自我声明公开,从总体概况、行业分布进行了现状剖析。围绕标准先进性评价制度实施和相关技术应用,分别从企业标准"领跑者""上海标准"评价、标准指标智能比对等工作开展情况进行了分析,并针对市场类标准发展过程中存在的一些问题,给出了相应的对策建议。

This paper focuses on the development of market-oriented standards in Shanghai since the implementation of the revised Standardization Law of China,and analyzes the overall profile and industry distribution according to the selfdeclaration of enterprise standards and association standards.Then it focuses the evaluation system and technological application of standard advantage,from the aspects of enterprise standard"forerunner","Shanghai Standard"evaluation.and intelligent comparison of standard index.In regard to the problems existing in the development of the market-oriented standards,this paper also gives corresponding tactics and suggestions.
