基于“上海市推进团体标准化工作专项调查”浅谈对当前团体标准化工作的思考

Discussion on Current Association Standardization Work Based on the Special Survey on the Association Standardization Work of Shanghai Social Organizations

随着团体标准在新修订的《中华人民共和国标准化法》中被赋予法律地位,团体标准化工作蓬勃开展的同时,也催生出诸多新问题和新需求。团体标准化工作有其特殊性和复杂性,不应将传统标准化工作的"万能公式"简单照搬。为此,在上海市市场监督管理局组织下、上海市民政局的协助下,开展了"上海市社会团体开展团体标准化工作情况专项调查",深入一线获取数据和素材,科学评估现阶段团体标准化工作的开展情况,提出有针对性和建设性的意见建议。

As association standards are given legal status in the newly revised Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China,while association standardization work is vigorously developing,and many new problems and new demands have also occurred.As the particularity and complexity of association standardization work,the"universal formula"of traditional standardization work cannot be simply copied.To this end,under the organization of Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and the assistance of Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau,We have launched the special survey on the association standardization work of Shanghai social organizations,obtained data and materials in the front line,scientifically assesses the current situation of social organization standardization work at this stage,and puts forward targeted and constructive suggestions.
