Standard development and revision is a process requiring multi participation, full discussion, agreement and text formation. It is an important work of standard management to record and manage the whole process. Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, tamper proof and data transparency. This paper discusses the application prospect of four main technologies in standard development and revision, such as distributed ledger, asymmetric encryption, consensus mechanism and smart contract, which provides a new idea for standard management.
