摘要 目的:探讨献血过程中阶段式宣教对献血者的影响。方法:选取2020年7-8月在广州血液中心成功献血者100例纳入研究,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50人,观察组给予阶段式宣教,对照组给予普通宣教。比较宣教前后两组的献血知识评分、再献血意愿率及半年后实际再献血率。结果:两组宣教后的献血知识评分和再献血意愿率均高于宣教前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血后半年后实际再献血率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式宣教模式有利于提升献血者献血知识水平,有助于其实施再次献血行为。 Objective To explore the influence of staged education on blood donors in the process of blood donation.Methods A total of 100 successful blood donors in Guangzhou Blood Center from July to August in 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 people in each group.The observation group was given phased education,while the control group was given general education.The scores of blood donation knowledge,the rate of blood re-donation willingness and the actual rate of blood re-donation half a year later were compared between the two groups before and after education.Results The score of blood donation knowledge and the rate of blood donation willingness were higher in the two groups after propaganda and education than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The actual blood re-donation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group half a year after blood donation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Staged publicity and education mode is conducive to improving blood donation knowledge level of blood donors and helping them to implement blood donation behavior again.
