乳腺癌化疗应用植入式静脉输液港的并发症与标准化护理效果分析

Analysis of Complications and Standardized Nursing Effect of Implantable Intravenous Infusion Port in Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:为了探究乳腺癌化疗应用植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)的并发症与标准化护理效果。方法:选取院内2017年7月-2020年10月收治的乳腺癌晚期化疗患者72例,随机分为两组,对照组采用经外周中心静脉留置导管(PICC)构建血管通道;研究组采用TIVAP法,对两组应用后的并发症与标准化护理效果进行对比。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的并发症较少,总发生率为2.78%;对照组中出现肿胀感染、回抽无血、药液外渗等并发症人数较多,总发生率为22.22%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。在护理效果方面,研究组的总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在乳腺癌化疗中,采用植入式静脉输液港疗法取得理想效果,与PICC法相比并发症发生率较低,而标准化护理方法的运用更加安全可靠,可助于患者日常生活能力提升,值得大力推广应用。

Objective: To explore the complications and standardized nursing effect of implantable intravenous infusion port in breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods: Seventy-two patients with advanced breast cancer treated in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group used peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) to construct vascular channel;the study group used implantable intravenous infusion port method, and the complications and standardized nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group had fewer complications, the total incidence rate was 2.78%;the control group had more complications, such as swelling infection, no blood, and drug extravasation, the total incidence rate was 22.22%, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. In terms of nursing effect, the total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%, higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: In breast cancer chemotherapy, the use of implantable intravenous infusion port therapy achieved ideal results, compared with PICC method. The incidence of complications is lower, and the use of standardized nursing method is more safe and reliable, which can help patients improve their ability of daily living, and is worthy of promotion and application.
