HPLC法测定炎可宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚

Determination of berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol,and emodin methyl ether in Yankening Capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定炎可宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚。方法以Supelco Discovery C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇–0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,柱温30℃,体积流量为0.8 mL/min,进样量10μL。结果6种成分在各自线性范围内关系良好(r^(2)≥0.999),平均加样回收率99.0%~105.1%,RSD 1.41%~2.36%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于炎可宁胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol,and emodin methyl ether in Yankening Capsules.Methods The Supelco Discovery C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as the chromatographic column with mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The six components had a good relationship within their respective linear ranges(r^(2)≥0.999).The average recovery rate of sample addition was 99.0%—105.1%,and the RSD was 1.41%—2.36%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Yankening Capsules.
