Discussion on the influence of joint cultivation of postgraduates on alleviating"centralization"of educational resources

由于高等教育资源分配不均衡而导致的资源壁垒问题已成为制约我国研究生教育进一步发展的关键问题,但相关研究成果较少,且多集中于宏观政策的制定与实施上,忽略了微观层面上建立资源共享形态对打破资源壁垒的重要性。文章以高等教育资源中心化的必然性和联合培养研究生制度的优越性为出发点,探讨如何通过建立可操作的微观制度促进资源的流动,打破资源壁垒,使优秀的资源能够真正融入高等教育的方方面面。

Resource barrier caused by imbalanced distribution of higher educational resources has become a key problem restricting the further development of postgraduate education in China.However,less related research was made,and most of them focus on the establishment and implementation of macro policies,ignoring the importance of establishing resource sharing form on the micro level to break the resource barrier.Based on the inevitability of resource centralization for higher education and the advantages of the joint cultivation mode of postgraduate,this paper discusses how to promote the flow of resources through the establishment of operable micro system,break the resource barrier,and make excellent resources truly integrate into all aspects of higher education.
