摘要 胸部损伤是临床常见的急危重症。为提高护生核心能力的培养,运用3DMax及Maya等现代化技术手段,构建智能化虚拟仿真胸部损伤急救思维训练项目,还原院前急救、转运途中救治和院内救治等多个场景,结合实践教学,虚拟练思维、实践练技术,虚实结合,培养学生的救治能力及临床思维能力。 Chest injury is a common clinical emergency and critical illness.Based on cultivating mursing students'core abilities,modern technologies such as 3DMax and Maya were adopted to build an intelligent virtual simulative chest injury first-aid thinking training project,which restored pre-hospital first-aid,transport treatment,hospital treatment and so on.Combined with practical teaching,thinking was traind through simulation and technology was trained by practice.With combination of virtuality and reality,students'treatment ability and clinical thinking ability were cultivated.
