摘要
目的了解护生对在线混合教学结合微学习在“基础护理学”课程中的实施的满意度和认可情况。方法2020年3—7月实施1学期的在线混合教学结合微学习模式,课程结束后对护理本科生进行在线问卷调查。结果超过75.0%的护生对在线混合教学的方式和时间、各学习平台非常满意或较满意,70.6%的护生认为自主学习意识和能力得以提高。在线混合教学结合微学习能保证理论知识的掌握,其优点是学习时间灵活、自由,学习资源丰富等;主要缺点为学习气氛不如线下学习,反馈不及时。结论在线混合教学结合微学习能保证教学质量,得到护生认可,可持续改进和进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction and recognition of nursing students on the implementation of online blended instruction combined with micro-learning in basic nursing courses.Methods From March to July 2020,undergraduate nursing students participated in the online questionnaire survey after one semester of online blended teaching combined with micro-learning.Results More than 75.0% of nursing students were satisfied with the way and time of online blended teaching and learning platform,and 70.6% of nursing students thought their self-regulated learning awareness and ability had been improved.The advantages of online blended teaching combined with micro-learning were flexible learning time,freedom and rich learning resources.The main disadvantages were that the learning atmosphere was not as good as offline learning and feedback was not timely.Conclusion The online blended teaching combined with micro-learning,approved by nursing students,can guarantee the teaching quality and be improved continuously and further popularized.
