数字化虚拟手术在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨下颌骨重建虚拟手术在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的教学效果。方法将口腔颌面外科病房住院医师规范化培训学员30人,根据随机数字法分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用“传统的理论授课+手术带教”教学模式,试验组采用“传统的理论授课+虚拟手术授课+手术带教”教学模式。统计并比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、实践考核成绩和对课程的满意度。结果两组学员的理论考试成绩的差异无统计学意义(P=0.122)。试验组的实践考核成绩显著高于对照组(35.13±2.96 vs.30.33±2.87,P<0.01)。试验组的考核成绩总分显著高于对照组(75.27±3.00 vs.68.87±4.39分,P<0.01)。试验组满意度评分显著高于对照组(22.4±1.45 vs.15.67±0.87,P<0.01)。结论应用下颌骨重建虚拟手术的3D模拟系统辅助教学能够提高学员对临床知识难点的掌握,增强学员的临床实践能力。这种新的临床教学模式受到学员们的良好评价,值得在教学活动中进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of virtual surgery for mandibular reconstruction in clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods A total of 30 residents in oral and maxillofacial surgery ward were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number method.The control group was taught by the mode of"traditional theoretical teaching+clinical surgery teaching",and the experimental group was taught by the mode of"theoretical teaching+virtual operation teaching+clinical surgery teaching".The theoretical examination scores,the practical test results,and the satisfaction scores on the course were statistically analyzed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical scores between the two groups(P=0.122).The practical test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.13±2.96 vs.30.33±2.87,P<0.01).The total score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.27±3.00 vs.68.87±4.39,P<0.01).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(22.4±1.45 vs.15.67±0.87,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of 3D simulation system in mandibular reconstruction can not only improve students'mastery of clinical difficulties,but also enhance their clinical practical ability.This new clinical teaching mode is well appreciated by students,and is worth further promoting and applying in teaching activities.
