心理弹性、认知灵活性对急进高原驻训官兵心理应激的影响

Influence of psychological flexibility and cognitive flexibility on the psychological stress of officers and soldiers stationed at high altitude

目的:研究心理弹性、认知灵活性对急进高原驻训官兵心理应激的影响。方法:采用心理弹性量表、认知灵活性量表及心理应激自评问卷对不同海拔高原驻训官兵进行调查。结果:海拔在1500 m、3000 m、4200 m的不同高度,官兵心理弹性、认知灵活性和心理应激均存在显著差异(P<0.05);坚韧、力量、乐观心理弹性因子及认知灵活性之选择和控制与心理应激呈显著负相关(P<0.01);心理弹性因子与认知灵活性显著相关(P<0.01);心理弹性之力量、认知灵活性之控制和选择对心理应激水平有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论:高原驻训官兵心理应激水平与心理弹性、认知灵活性密切相关。高心理弹性、良好的认知灵活性都有助于缓解高原官兵心理应激症状,促进身心健康。

Objective:To study the influence of psychological flexibility and cognitive flexibility on the psychological stress of officers and soldiers stationed on the plateau.Methods:The psychological resilience scale,the cognitive flexibility scale and the psychological stress self-assessment questionnaire were used to survey the officers and soldiers stationed in different altitudes.Results:At different altitudes of 1500 m,3000 m,and 4200 m,there were significant differences in mental flexibility,cognitive flexibility and psychological stress among officers and soldiers(P<0.05).The choice and control of tenacity,strength,optimistic mental flexibility factors and cognitive flexibility were significantly negatively correlated with psychological stress(P<0.01).The psychological resilience factor was significantly related to cognitive flexibility(P<0.01),the strength of psychological resilience,the control and choice of cognitive flexibility had a significant negative predictive effect on the level of psychological stress(P<0.01).Conclusion:The psychological stress level of officers and soldiers stationed on plateau is closely related to psychological flexibility and cognitive flexibility.High psychological flexibility and good cognitive flexibility can help alleviate the psychological stress symptoms of officers and soldiers at high altitude and promote physical and mental health.
