IVF-ET助孕临床妊娠结局的影响因素分析

Correlation between infertility type and pregnancy outcome of conventional IVF-ET assisted pregnancy

目的:探讨影响体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)助孕临床妊娠结局的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析我院生殖中心297例行IVF-ET助孕患者的临床资料,其中未妊娠143例,临床妊娠154例。采用二元Logistic回归模型分析其可能影响临床妊娠结局的相关因素。结果:不孕类型(P=0.501,B值为0.568)、不孕年限(P=0.948,B值为-0.422)、HCG日孕酮(P)(P=0.41,B值为-0.898)、优良胚胎(P=3.10,B值为0.141)为影响临床实验妊娠结局的相关因素。其中不孕年限和HCG日P与临床妊娠结局呈负相关,而不孕类型和优质胚胎与临床妊娠结局呈正相关。结论:影响不孕的因素主要包括不孕年限、不孕类型、HCG日P和胚胎质量。为了能在IVF-ET中获得满意的临床实验室结局,需要严格把关不孕年限和不孕类型,做到及时补救。

Objective:To explore the factors influencing the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 297 patients assisted by infertility type were analyzed retrospectively,including 143 cases of non-pregnancy and 154 cases of clinical pregnancy.Binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors that may affect pregnancy outcome.Results:Infertility types(P=0.501,B value was 0.568),infertility years(P=0.948,B value was-0.422),HCG day P(P=0.41,B value was-0.898),and high quality embryos(P=3.10,B value was 0.141)were relevant factor affecting pregnacy outcome in clinical trials.Among the infertility years,and HCG day P were negatively correlated with clinical pregnancy outcome,infertility type and high quality embryos were positive correlation with clinical pregnancy outcome.Conclusion:Factors affecting infertility mainly included infertility years,infertility types,HCG day P and embryo quality.In order to achieve a satisfactory clinical laboratory outcome in IVF-ET,the length of infertility and the type of infertility need to be strictly controlled and timely remedial.
