摘要
本研究回顾了结核疫苗在全球的最新进展,包括目前应用的卡介苗、结核疫苗研究的策略、新疫苗的种类,下一代疫苗的研究方向等。虽然取得一些进展,但受限于动物模型对于筛选过程及对新疫苗的诱导免疫反应和对持久免疫的精确类型缺乏理解,疫苗发展依然任重而道远。
In this review we discuss recent progress in the bacillus calmette guerin(BCG),strategies for develop of TB vaccine,types of vaccine,and the next generation of TB vaccine.Restricted to animal model for screening processes and the lack of understanding of the immunological responses involved and the precise type of long-lived immunity,new vaccines need to be developed.
