3种常见慢性病医保患者住院费用影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of medicane patients with three common chronic diseases

近年来,医药卫生体制及全民医保制度不断改革发展,常见慢性病医保患者住院治疗时多采用医保支付,但慢性疾病的病程及治疗周期较长,且多有并发症,受多种因素影响较大,导致慢性疾病医保患者住院费用较高,给患者家庭造成沉重的经济负担。本研究就糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等常见慢性病医保患者住院费用及影响因素作一综述。

In recent years,the medical and health care system and the universal medical insurance system have been constantly reformed and developed.Most patients with common chronic diseases are treated by medical insurance when they are hospitalized.However,the course and treatment cycle of chronic diseases are longer with more complications,influenced by a variety of factors,the hospitalization cost of medicane patients with chronic diseases is higher,which causes heavy economic burden to the families of patients.This study reviewed the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of medicane atients with common chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus,hypertension and coronary heart disease.
