浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床特点及诊治研究进展

Research progress of clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of plasma cell mastitis

浆细胞性乳腺炎是复杂的乳腺炎症疾病,也是属于慢性非细菌性炎症的一种情况。因其病理特点复杂多变,有多个命名,如乳期乳腺炎、粉刺样乳腺炎、闭塞性乳腺炎、慢性乳腺炎或者是乳腺导管扩张症等。若不及时治疗,可形成瘘管,病情迁延,影响患者的预后情况。本研究主要针对浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床特点及诊治研究展开综述。

Plasma cell mastitis is a complex breast inflammatory disease,also belongsto the chronic non bacterial inflammation,because the pathological characteristics are complex and changeable,so there are many names,such as inflammatory lactation mastitis,acne like mastitis,occlusive mastitis,chronic mastitis or mammary duct ectasia and so on.If not treated in time,fistula can be formed and the condition will be prolonged,which will affect the prognosis of patients.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of plasma cell mastitis.
