摘要
为运用物联网技术实现猪胴体分割生产的数据自动化采集和过程溯源监控,运用低频RFID标签标识胴体,配合门禁式阅读器和RFID称重器建立胴体和产品的关联,结合温度传感器监测车间温度,以及使用视频采集捕获生产过程录像,实现了胴体分割过程的全程监控和产品生产信息溯源。由此提高了胴体分割生产数据采集的自动化水平和产品安全溯源能力,对企业优化生产有着重要意义。
Using the IOT technology to achieve data collection automatically and tracking of pork split production process monitoring.The author uses low-frequency RFID tags to identify the carcass,cooperates with access control RFID readers and scales to build the relationship between carcasses and products,uses temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of the workshop,and uses video cameras to capture the production process video.It realizes the whole process monitoring of the pork split process and the traceability of product production information.The research has improved the degree of automation of data collection and the ability of product safety traceability in pork split production,which is of great significance for enterprises to optimize production.
