一种新型猪丹毒-猪细小病毒病二联灭活苗临床使用效果的评估 被引量:2

摘要 旨在评估一种新型猪丹毒-猪细小病毒病二联灭活苗的临床使用效果。选取20头猪丹毒和猪细小病毒双阴性的后备母猪,随机分为两组,试验组免疫猪丹毒-猪细小病毒病二联灭活苗,对照组免疫两种单苗,比较两组母猪的繁殖性能、抗体水平和仔猪细小病毒感染状况。两组母猪的繁殖成绩无显著差异。两组仔猪均未检测出细小病毒感染。试验组猪丹毒抗体水平全程优于对照组。与对照组相比,试验组猪细小病毒抗体水平在首免后未体现出优势,但二免后的猪细小病毒抗体水平优势明显。结果说明二联苗的免疫效果更好。 The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate the clinical effect of a new combined inactivated vaccine of swine erysipelas and porcine parvovirus disease.Twenty gilts with double negative for swine erysipelas and porcine parvovirus were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was immunized with a new double inactivated vaccine of swine erysipelas and porcine parvovirus disease,while the control group was immunized with two kinds of single vaccine separately.The reproductive performance,antibody level and piglet parvovirus infection of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference in reproductive performance between the two groups.No parvovirus infection was detected in two groups of piglets.In whole process of the test,the level of swine erysipelas antibody in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the level of porcine parvovirus antibody in the experimental group did not show an advantage after the first immunization,but the advantage of procine parvovirus antibody level after the second immunization was obvious.The results showed that the immune effect of the double inactivated vaccine was better.
