Thinking on establishing the long term mechanism for the safety of animal product quality in Zhengzhou under the new normal economy

分析了郑州市畜产品质量安全存在的问题,探讨了目前在养殖、屠宰、运输、销售等环节影响全市畜产品质量安全的因素,并对如何在经济发展新常态下建立畜产品质量安全长效机制给出了建议。

This paper analyzed the problem existing in the safety of animal product quality in Zhengzhou,and discussed the factors affecting the safety of animal product quality in the links of breeding,slaughtering,transportation and sale,and gave some suggestions on how to establish the long term mechanism for the safety of animal product quality under the new normal of economic development.
