摘要
对吉林省延边州内公办中职学校的484名教师调查后发现:中职教师研究生和专科学历比较少,担任(过)班主任的比较多;骨干教师和普通教师参与教科研的态度比较明确;课题研究、撰写论文等是中职教师所接受的教科研形式;工作任务、研究时间、科研能力以及教科研管理是影响中职教师参与教科研的主要因素;教师的教科研成果在一定范围内得到应用。针对发现的问题,从发挥骨干教师作用、消除教科研片面认识、加强教科研培训、健全质量标准、营造教科研氛围等方面提出了相关建议。
A survey of 484 teachers in public secondary vocational schools in Yanbian Prefecture,Jilin Province found that:fewer secondary vocational teachers have graduate and junior college degrees,and more of them have served as class teachers.Backbone teachers and ordinary teachers have a clear attitude towards teaching and scientific research.Project research,writing papers and other forms of teaching and scientific research accepted by teachers in secondary vocational schools;Work task,research time,research ability and teaching and research management are the main factors affecting teachers'participation in teaching and research.Teachers'achievements in teaching and scientific research have been applied to a certain extent.In view of the problems found,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of giving full play to the role of backbone teachers,eliminating the one-sided understanding of teaching and research,strengthening the training of teaching and research,improving the quality standard and creating the atmosphere of teaching and research.
