摘要
中国高校自扩招以来,大学生入校数量庞大、逐年增多,但近年来,大学生的学业绩效与学业质量有明显下滑的状态。2015年教育部提出本科教育必须要“以本为本”,“打造金课、杜绝水课”,要求给大学生适当增负增压,培养高质量的本科人才。通过对地方9所高校近2000名在校大学生进行问卷调查和访谈,分析了目前地方高校大学生的学业绩效状况,同时通过收集一些专家和学者的相关研究,提出一些有针对性的措施和建议,旨在更好地改善大学生的学业状况,为高校教育工作者提供借鉴参考。
Since the enrollment expansion of Chinese colleges and universities,the number of college students has increased year by year.However,in recent years,the academic performance and academic quality of college students have obviously declined.In 2015,the Ministry of Education put forward that undergraduate education must be“regarding the books as basis”,“create gold courses and eliminate watered courses”,and required to properly increase the burden and pressure on college students to cultivate high-quality undergraduate talents.Through questionnaires and interviews with nearly 2000 college students in 9 local universities,this paper analyzes the current academic performance status and countermeasures of local college students,and puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions through the collection of some experts and scholars research,which aims to improve college students’academic status and provides a reference for the educators in colleges and universities.
