医教协同背景下关于基层中医全科人才培养现状的思考

Thinking on the Current Situation of General Training of Grass-roots Oriented TCM Talents under the Background of Medical and Educational Cooperation

通过采用问卷调查法,对湖南中医药大学基层定向中医全科本科生的入学动机、专业承诺、学习状态、就业意向等进行调查研究,在分析了解全科定向生学习现状及存在问题的基础上,进而提出相应的改进对策和建议:加强中医全科定向培养政策宣传力度、积极做好招生工作;端正中医全科生入学动机、注重个人价值与社会价值相统一;积极完善定向生培养相关政策,强化相关激励措施。

By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the motivation,professional commitment,learning status and employment intention of grassroots oriented general training of Chinese medicine in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.Based on the analysis of the learning status and existing problems of general training,and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the publicity of oriented general training of Chinese medicine and actively do a good job in recruiting students;correct the entrance motivation of general trainers of Chinese medicine,pay attention to the unity of personal value and social value;actively improve the orientation of students to cultivate related policies,strengthen the relevant incentive measures.
