基于TOC模式的小班课教学实践

摘要 针对新开课程存在的任务需求多样、教学要件匮乏、教学经验缺失等问题,引入基于TOC模式的小班课教学模式。根据目标导向课程设计方法,结合课程教学多任务需求,从教学目标、教学内容与实验项目、教学制度等方面对新开课程的教学方案进行全方位设计。根据设计好的TOC教学方案,结合小班课教学特点,优化设计适合小班课教学的教学方法、教学组织实施方案、教学评价手段。通过课程教学实践反馈可知,课程教学方案提升了学生的学习积极性,提高了课程教学质量,可为其他新开课程的教学提供教学方案参考。 In view of the difficulties of the new curriculum,such as diverse task requirements,lack of teaching elements,lack of teaching experience and so on,the small class teaching mode based on TOC mode is introduced.According to the goal oriented curriculum design method,combined with the multi task requirements of the course teaching,the teaching scheme of the new course is designed from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents and experimental projects,teaching system.According to the designed TOC teaching plan,combined with the characteristics of small class teaching,the teaching methods,teaching organization and implementation plan and teaching evaluation means suitable for small class teaching are optimized.Through the feedback of teaching practice,it can be seen that the teaching scheme improves the students’learning enthusiasm,improves the teaching quality,and provides a reference for other new courses.
