摘要 随着对海洋的不断开发,传统制造行业的制造技术已无法满足海洋环境下对海洋工程领域的制造需求。基于此,项目组分析了激光加工技术在海洋工程中的应用,如激光切割、激光焊接、激光熔覆等。结果显示:激光加工技术有能量密度高、热效应小、自动化程度高等优点,可提高海洋工程装备的生产效率,是一种具有加工灵活、加工材料种类多、热影响区小等多种优点的高新技术,正好迎合海洋工程的制造需求。 With the continuous development of the ocean,the manufacturing technology of the traditional manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the manufacturing demand of the marine engineering field under the marine environment.Based on this,the project team analyzed the application of laser machining technology in marine engineering,such as laser cutting,laser welding,laser cladding,etc.The results show that laser processing technology has the advantages of high energy density,low thermal effect and high degree of automation,which can improve the production efficiency of marine engineering equipment.It is a new and high-tech technology with many advantages,such as flexible processing,wide variety of processing materials and small heat-affected zone,which just meets the requirements of marine engineering manufacturing.
