一种混凝土搅拌设备用旋转冲击激振装置设计

摘要 为解决普通强制搅拌设备搅拌后仍有10%~30%的水泥颗粒聚结成小泥团没有破散开的问题,设计一种混凝土搅拌设备用旋转冲击激振装置,以解决搅拌作业中存在的问题。该装置在进行混凝土强制搅拌的同时,通过布置在搅拌轴内部的激振装置将电机的电能转化为振动能量,传递到搅拌的混凝土当中。激振装置向混凝土传递高频低幅激振运动,将振动能量传递到被搅拌物料中,物料受到振动作用,处于颤振状态,物料颗粒之间的内摩擦力和黏聚力减小。振动促使聚团的水泥小颗粒迅速分散变小,增加与水的接触面积,加快水化反应,可以进一步增强骨料与水泥间的界面黏结强度,提高搅拌质量与效率。 In order to solve the problem that there are still 10%-30%cement particles coalescing into small mud groups after common forced mixing,a rotating shock excitation device for concrete mixing equipment is designed to solve the problems existing in mixing operations.When the concrete is forced to mix,the electric energy of the motor is converted into vibration energy through the excitation device arranged inside the mixing shaft,which is transferred to the mixed concrete.The vibration excitation device transmits high frequency and low amplitude excitation motion to the concrete and transmits the vibration energy to the mixed material,material by vibration effect,in the flutter state,material particles between the internal friction and cohesion force decreases,and the vibration prompting poly group’s cement particles dispersed rapidly decreases,increase the contact area with water,accelerate the hydration reaction.It can further enhance the interface bond strength between aggregate and cement and improve the mixing quality and efficiency.
