水蒸气气氛下生物质三组分制氢数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 使用ASPEN PLUS软件模拟了水蒸气气氛下生物质三组分(木质素、纤维素和半纤维素)的气化制氢过程,并用实验数据对模型进行验证。利用H_(2)O作为气化剂,计算获得气化温度、三组分不同比例和碳转化率对产氢率的影响。在生物质进料率1400 kg/h、气化温度700℃条件下,半纤维素的氢气体积分数为0.48,纤维素的氢气体积分数为0.47,木质素的氢气体积分数为0.41。三组分混合,纤维素和半纤维素含量增加对产气影响相似,木质素相反。随着温度的升高,生物质三组分产气中CO和H_(2)的体积分数增加,CH_(4)和CO_(2)的体积分数减小。碳转化率随温度升高而增加,在气化温度500~900℃时,纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的最高碳转化率分别达到85.14%、80.54%和60.23%。 The paper uses ASPEN PLUS to simulate the gasification process of the three components of biomass(lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose)in steam atmosphere,the model is verified by experimental data.This simulation uses H_(2)O as the gasification agent,and calculates the influence of gasification temperature,different ratios of three components and carbon conversion rate on hydrogen production.The results show that at a biomass feed of 1400 kg/h and a gasification temperature of 700℃,the hydrogen volume fraction of hemicellulose is 0.48,which is the best among the three;the hydrogen volume fraction of cellulose is 0.47;the hydrogen volume of lignin is 0.41.When the three components are mixed,the increase of cellulose and hemicellulose content has similar effect on gas production,but the opposite effect of lignin.With the increase of temperature,the volume fraction of H_(2) and CO increases,while the volume fraction of CO_(2) and CH_(4) decreases.As the temperature increases,the carbon conversion rate increases.When the gasification temperature is 500~900℃,the highest carbon conversion rates of cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin reach 85.14%,80.54%,and 60.23%.
