工业余热有机闪蒸循环回收方案及㶲性能分析 被引量:2

System design and exergy performance of organic flash cycles used for recovery of industrial waste heat

摘要 工业过程产生的余热资源丰富,具有巨大的回收潜力,高温余热利用技术相对成熟,低温余热利用较少。当前,包括有机闪蒸循环在内一些先进的低温余热发电技术逐渐成为研究热点。然而,有机闪蒸循环的㶲性能及其最佳运行参数尚不清晰,有待进一步深入研究。鉴于此,以工业低温烟气为研究对象,探讨了闪蒸温度、冷凝温度和热源温度等因素对以R245fa、R113和R600a为工质的系统㶲性能的影响。 Huge amount of waste heat is generated from industrial processes and is of great potential to harvest.High-temperature waste heat utilization technologies are relatively mature,but the technologies concerning low-temperature waste heat are relatively few.At present,some advanced low-temperature waste heat utilization technologies,including organic flash cycle(OFC),gradually become a hot topic.However,the exergy performance and the best operation parameters are still unclear and need further study.In view of this,industrial low-temperature flue gas was taken as the research object in this work.The effects of flash temperature,condensation temperature and heat source temperature on the exergy performance of OFC systems with R245fa,R113 and R600a as working fluids are discussed.
